At our Woodstock, New York studio, we teach The Pilates Method ®, as developed by Joseph H. Pilates, the Gyrotonic Expansion System® by Juliu Horvath, and Awareness Through Movement ®, the embodied learning method created by Moshé Feldenkrais.
You may practice the classical
Pilates regimen with all its well-organized beauty, order and protocol; the fluid spiraling of a
Gyrotonic® lesson; or an
eclectic program integrating techniques from Feldenkrais, yoga, dance and other movement disciplines.
